Who should pay hosting with JazzCash or EasyPaisa?

Wallet payments fit you when:

• Your invoice is in Pakistani rupees and you prefer mobile banking over card or bank transfer.
• You run a small business, clinic, agency or side project and want hosting, SSL and email on one rupee bill.
• You are renewing hosting or paying a domain-plus-hosting order and need a method that matches how you already collect payments from customers.
• You do not have a corporate USD account but still need a proper domain and a site that loads on yourbrand.pk.

Wallet transfer is for PKR invoices only. If your cart is priced in USD or another currency, use card, PayPal where offered, or bank transfer for the currency shown on the invoice — do not send a foreign-currency total to a rupee wallet.

JazzCash vs EasyPaisa — practical differences only

On PK Hosting, JazzCash and EasyPaisa are grouped as one wallet method on PKR invoices. You send the invoice total to the wallet number printed on your invoice payment screen (currently 0300 6410099 on both apps). The apps themselves differ the way any two mobile wallets do:

• Which app you already use — most people pick whichever account holds enough balance and is verified for the transfer limit you need.
• App layout and limits — daily send caps, account verification steps and receipt wording live inside JazzCash or EasyPaisa; check your app before you transfer a large annual total.
• Transaction ID on the receipt — both apps show a reference after a successful send. That reference is what support matches to your invoice; the label may say TID, transaction ID or similar depending on the app.

There is no separate merchant flow to memorise here: same PKR amount, same destination number on the invoice, same proof step afterward. Fee tables change in the apps over time, so we do not publish a fee chart — your receipt total should match the invoice total before you confirm.

Depending on site configuration, some PKR checkouts may also offer a hosted JazzCash payment button that redirects to JazzCash's page instead of manual transfer. If you see that option at checkout, follow the on-screen flow; if you see wallet instructions with a number to send to, use the manual steps below. Both paths still require a paid invoice before hosting or domains are provisioned.

How checkout and invoice payment usually work

The flow is the same whether you are buying new hosting or paying an open invoice from your dashboard:

1. Build the order — pick a plan on the hosting page, add a domain from domains if needed, and open checkout. Choose billing term (monthly or annual where offered). The total is shown in PKR for domestic customers.
2. Place the order — complete registration details. You receive an invoice number (for example PKH…) and a payment link such as /pay/{hash}/ from checkout or Dashboard → Billing.
3. Select JazzCash / EasyPaisa — on the invoice payment page, choose the wallet method. The page shows the exact rupee amount and the wallet number to send to.
4. Send the exact total — transfer the invoice total, not a rounded guess. Partial payments stall activation until the remainder is cleared.

6. Confirmation and provisioning — staff verify the transfer against the invoice, mark it paid, and eligible hosting or domain orders move into setup. Card and bank paths follow their own confirmation rules on the same invoice page.

What to keep from your payment screenshot

When you open the ticket, attach a clear screenshot or PDF of the wallet receipt. Make sure these fields are readable (exact labels vary by app):

• Date and time of the transfer.

Common mistakes to avoid

• Wrong amount — sending Rs 699 when the invoice says Rs 6,990 (annual) is the most frequent delay. Match the invoice total exactly, including any tax line shown at checkout.
• Wrong invoice — if you have two open bills (hosting renewal plus a domain), say which invoice number you paid in the ticket.
• Paying hosting but not the domain — a domain-only or hosting-only line left unpaid means only part of your order can activate.
• Skipping proof — the transfer alone does not mark the invoice paid; always send invoice number plus transaction ID.
• Using wallet for non-PKR invoices — choose card or the bank account matching the invoice currency instead.
• Expecting instant DNS worldwide — after activation, nameserver changes can still take up to 24–48 hours to propagate; that is separate from payment confirmation.

Other ways to pay (same invoice)

The same invoice page usually lists card (Stripe), bank transfer (PKR and foreign-currency accounts where applicable), and PayPal when enabled for your currency. Pick one method and pay once.
