1. Acceptance of Terms
By ordering or using any PK Hosting service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service — including the Acceptable Use rules below — together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Provision
We provide web hosting, domain registration and related services on a subscription basis. Shared hosting, reseller hosting, VPS and dedicated services may require manual review, payment confirmation and resource availability checks before activation.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to host illegal content, send spam, distribute malware or engage in any activity that disrupts our network or other customers. Accounts found in violation may be suspended.
4. Payment & Renewal
Services are billed in advance for the term you select. Plan information, checkout, invoices and payment records are handled through pkhosting.com. Renewals are charged at the then-current rate. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of the account after notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
PK Hosting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding month.
