Every shared and WordPress hosting plan includes a free DV SSL certificate. A new .com domain is free for the first year when you order Personal, Business or Professional shared hosting for 3 years. Other domains and shorter terms are charged separately.

We provide migration help for eligible websites, email and databases. Complex migrations are reviewed first so the scope and timing are clear before work starts.

Clients manage services, invoices, payments, profile details and support from the PK Hosting dashboard. Advanced hosting tools are surfaced there as they become available.

You can pay your invoice online by debit/credit card (Visa & Mastercard via Stripe), PayPal (USD, GBP and EUR invoices only — not PKR), or manually by bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa. Card payments support PKR, USD, GBP, EUR, AED and SAR invoices; bank transfer is set up for PKR and USD (for GBP, EUR, AED or SAR, contact support first); JazzCash/EasyPaisa wallet payments are for PKR invoices.

Refund eligibility is explained in the Refund Policy. Domains, activated third-party services, VPS and dedicated server provisioning costs may be non-refundable once ordered or activated.

Shared hosting is usually live in under 30 minutes after payment is confirmed. Card payments confirm instantly; for JazzCash/EasyPaisa or bank transfer, we activate as soon as we match your transaction. You'll see the access details in your dashboard and get an email.

WordPress hosting includes one-click install, free SSL, daily backups and guided migration for a typical site. We do not silently update your plugins or WooCommerce store. Storage and site counts are real limits — see the WordPress Hosting page.

A free Let's Encrypt SSL is included on every shared plan. Point your domain to us first (Let's Encrypt verifies over HTTP), then click 'Enable free SSL' in your dashboard — it issues in seconds and auto-renews. For domains registered with us on our nameservers, it can be issued automatically at setup.

Live chat and our direct phone line run Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm PKT. On weekends we provide email support, and dashboard tickets are answered every day.

Our shared and VPS hosting runs on enterprise infrastructure in Europe, with ns1/ns2.pkhosting.com as your nameservers. The exact datacentre for a given service is confirmed at provisioning. For latency-sensitive projects, talk to us before ordering.
