Domain Marketplace Terms
Early Access β invite required. These terms govern listing, bidding, identity review, staff-handled escrow, failed payment, disputes and cancellation on the Domain Auctions programme. Hosting, domains and billing remain under the Terms of Service at https://www.pkhosting.com/terms/. Do not treat this programme as a public live marketplace.

1. Status of the Programme
Early Access β invite required. Access to list or bid is granted only after we invite you or approve a verification request. A page that is still loading, empty or pending review is not a live public auction board.
We may pause invitations, refuse a participant, or keep a listing off the public list without giving a marketplace-wide reason.
2. Identity Review
Buyers and sellers must complete CNIC identity review before listing or bidding. Approval is a staff decision, not an automated guarantee. How we collect and retain CNIC data is described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Seller Obligations
You may list only a domain you have the legal right to transfer. A listing stays pending until our team confirms control through PKNIC or the current registrar. You must not list stolen, locked, pledged or encumbered names, or names you cannot transfer on request.
Start price, reserve and buy-now figures you submit are invitations for us to run a staff-supervised auction. We may reject or withdraw a listing before it is approved.
4. Bidding
A bid is an offer to buy the domain at that amount if you win and complete payment. You must be able to pay the bid plus any stated fees. Bidding on your own listing is not allowed.
Anti-sniping may extend the clock when a bid arrives near the end. The displayed high bid and time remaining can change after a refresh.
5. Escrow and Settlement
The software that records a winner does not move money. Escrow hold, the 20% seller commission and payout are a separate human operations step. There is no automated instant payout and no licensed third-party escrow unless we name one in writing for that sale.
Until we confirm funds and the transfer, neither party should treat the sale as complete.
6. Failed Payment
If the winning bidder does not pay the agreed amount within the time we specify in writing (or within seven days if we have not specified a shorter window), we may cancel the win, offer the domain to the next bidder, return it to the seller, or relist it. We may also suspend the bidder's marketplace access.
A failed or reversed payment does not transfer the domain. Chargebacks or wallet disputes may freeze settlement until they are resolved.
7. Transfer and PKNIC
After payment is confirmed we coordinate the registrar or PKNIC transfer. Timing depends on the registry, unlock status, authorization codes and both parties' cooperation. We do not promise a transfer window.
8. Disputes
Open a ticket from your PK Hosting dashboard if a listing, bid, payment or transfer is disputed. We review the record we hold and may pause settlement while we do so. Our determination for that sale is final as between the parties and PK Hosting, without limiting any right you have under the law of Pakistan.
9. Cancellation
We may cancel a listing, bid or completed-but-unsettled sale if we reasonably believe there is fraud, a title problem, a legal demand, a failed payment, abuse of identity review, or a technical error. Cancelled auctions do not create a hosting service credit unless we agree one in writing.
10. Fees
Listing is free. If a sale completes, we charge a flat 20% commission on the winning amount, deducted before the seller is paid, unless a written invitation says otherwise.
11. Relationship to Other Policies
These Marketplace Terms sit alongside the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If they conflict on bidding, escrow, marketplace disputes or auction cancellation, these Marketplace Terms control for that subject. Hosting refunds and hosting liability remain under the hosting Terms and Refund Policy.
