When we provision a new shared-hosting account, we now configure email deliverability for you: the mail domain, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, and a free Let's Encrypt certificate once your domain points to us. Your mail host is mail.pkhosting.com with a valid certificate, so IMAP/SMTP over TLS works from your very first mailbox.

Our status page now runs real checks — the website, client area, hosting control panel and both nameservers (ns1 and ns2) are probed live, so the page actually reflects an outage instead of always showing green. It also carries a public incident log so you can see what happened and when.
You can search domains from the homepage or Domains page, then continue straight into checkout with your chosen name. Some extensions show Confirm at checkout when live availability cannot be verified — the registry confirms the final status when you pay.
