• Account & billing details — your name, email, phone number, company name and address, and the payment method you choose.
• Service data — the domains, hosting plans and support tickets associated with your account.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and server/access logs generated when you use the website or your hosting.
• Cookies — small files used to keep you signed in and understand how the site is used (see below).

We do not store your full card number on our servers — card payments are handled by our payment processors (see below).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to set up and run your services, process payments and renewals, provide support, send important account and security notices, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, and improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

4. Payment Processing

Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal, and mobile-wallet and bank payments through their respective providers (including JazzCash/Easypaisa and your bank). These processors handle your payment details under their own security standards and privacy policies; we receive only what we need to confirm a payment and issue an invoice.

5. Service Providers We Share With

We share limited data with trusted providers only so they can perform services for us — for example billing and hosting infrastructure, email delivery, and website/security platforms. They may process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

6. Where Your Data Is Processed

Our hosting infrastructure is operated primarily from data centres serving Pakistan, while parts of our website and security layer run on global platforms. This means some data may be processed outside Pakistan; wherever it is processed, we require appropriate safeguards.

7. How Long We Keep It

We keep account and billing records for as long as you have an account, and afterwards only for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, then deleted or anonymised.

We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS), firewalls and access controls to protect your data. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work continuously to keep your information safe and to respond quickly to any incident.
