The published tiers are starting budgets. Before payment, we confirm the CPU model, physical cores, RAM, disk type and capacity, RAID, location, bandwidth, public IP allocation and delivery time in a written quote. Stock changes, so a hardware class is not a promise of a particular CPU model.

Request Windows Server 2022 in your quote. We confirm the supplier's available image, driver compatibility, license and installation cost for the exact hardware before payment. With Windows installed, you receive Administrator and RDP access and can install compatible IIS, .NET Hosting Bundle, SQL Server Express and SSMS.

The base Linux server price does not include Windows. Provider licensing is quoted for the server's physical cores and permitted use. Bring-your-own licensing requires written confirmation of eligibility for that supplier and hardware. A product key alone does not prove commercial hosting rights. SQL Server and Remote Desktop Services licenses may be additional.

The quote states the included public IPv4 allocation; our advertised tiers include one IPv4. Ports 80 and 443 can serve your application once its firewall and web server are configured. Windows RDP is normally port 3389; restrict it to your IP or VPN. Extra IPs and network restrictions are confirmed before purchase.

Specify your requirements before the hardware quote. Later RAM or disk upgrades depend on chassis capacity and available parts; a CPU upgrade can require another server and migration. Confirm downtime, data protection and any installation fee before approving a change.

Both are stated in the accepted quote, including the server, Windows license if selected, backups, network extras, taxes and any setup fee. Dedicated plans are advertised monthly. An annual contract needs a separate confirmed quote; there is no automatic annual discount or guaranteed lifetime price.

Infrastructure and access support is included. Operating-system updates, application or database administration, monitoring response, backups and restoration require the scope shown in your quote. Full server management is optional. We do not promise 24-hour application management as part of every server price.

Eligible active services can use an explicitly authorized saved card for renewal invoices. The dashboard shows the due date and renewal setting. Keep payment details current; cancelling a card does not by itself cancel the server contract. Ask support to confirm the supplier's cancellation deadline before the next term.
