How much does it cost to list?
Nothing to list. We take a flat 20% commission only when your domain actually sells. No listing fees, no monthly charges.
Why do both buyers and sellers need CNIC verification?
Domain auctions attract fraud and non-serious bidders. Verifying both sides by CNIC keeps listings genuine, bids real, and transfers safe — it's the core of being better and safer than open global auction sites.
Can the buyer and seller contact each other directly?
No. Contact details are always hidden on both sides. Everything — messages, payment and the transfer — runs through PK Hosting, so neither party can be harassed or cut us out of the deal.
How does payment and transfer work?
The winning bid is held in escrow. We coordinate the PKNIC transfer of the domain to the buyer, confirm it landed, then release the funds to the seller minus our 20% commission. The buyer never pays a stranger directly.
Which domains can be auctioned?
At launch we focus on the .pk family (.pk, .com.pk, .org.pk, .net.pk) via PKNIC, where local demand is strongest. Support for global extensions follows.
