What this tool measures, what it does not, and how a score or grade is produced.
What we measure
Selected record types (A, AAAA, MX, TXT, NS, CNAME, SOA, CAA) as seen by a few public resolvers at the moment of the query.
What we do not measure
Every resolver on the internet, DNSSEC validity as a full audit, or whether your application is using the records correctly.
How we calculate this
A match/mismatch verdict compares only the resolvers we query. Propagation can still take up to 24β48 hours elsewhere.
