Email deliverability FAQ
Why does my email land in spam?
The most common cause is missing or misconfigured email authentication — SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Without them, providers like Gmail and Outlook can't verify your mail is really from you, so they filter it. This tool shows exactly which records are missing.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
SPF lists which servers may send email for your domain. DKIM adds a cryptographic signature that proves a message wasn't tampered with. DMARC tells receivers what to do when a message fails SPF/DKIM, and can send you reports. Together they're the modern standard for inbox delivery.
Do I need all three?
Yes — Gmail and Yahoo now require SPF, DKIM and a DMARC record for anyone sending to their users, and other providers are following. Missing any one hurts deliverability.
How do I fix these on my domain?
They're DNS TXT records. On PK Hosting you can add them from your dashboard's DNS manager, and our team will set up SPF/DKIM/DMARC for you on request — email on our platform is authenticated out of the box.
