Restore a backup of your site
Roll your files or database back to an earlier copy from the dashboard.

Shared hosting keeps automated daily backups on the hosting server. Personal retains the latest daily copy (1-day retention), Business about 3 days, and Professional about 5 days. Website files, databases and email are included; DNS is included when DNS is hosted with us. These copies are on-site and best-effort — not a contractual recovery-time SLA. Keep an independent off-server copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. The full product description is the Backup Policy.
To restore:
- Open Dashboard → Hosting → your website → Backups.
- Pick the restore point closest to before the problem and start the restore. Restores from copies still listed are included.
Restoring overwrites current files/data with the backup, so if you've made good changes since, download a copy first via Files. If you don't see the backup you need, open a ticket with the date/time you want restored — we may have an older server-side copy, but there is no guaranteed archive beyond the retention above.
