Restore a backup of your site
Roll your files or database back to an earlier copy from the dashboard.
We keep automated backups of shared-hosting accounts. To restore:
- Open Dashboard → Hosting → your website → Backups.
- Pick the restore point closest to before the problem and start the restore.
Restoring overwrites current files/data with the backup, so if you've made good changes since, download a copy first via Files. If you don't see the backup you need, open a ticket with the date/time you want restored — we may have an older server-side copy. Keeping your own off-server backup (e.g. a WordPress backup plugin) is always wise for anything important.
