VPS snapshots — what is included

Premium VPS includes one daily provider snapshot — typically the latest daily copy. Restore assistance is on request.

Cloud VPS does not include snapshots. Add the paid backup add-on at checkout if you want automated daily copies.

Neither product is a multi-week offsite archive or a customer-controlled snapshot console unless the add-on description for that tier says so. Keep your own off-server backups.

To request a restore, open a dashboard ticket with the service name and the date you need. There is no contractual recovery-time SLA.
